Move you head down so that your chin is almost on your chest. Now roll your head a full turn to the left and a full turn to the right.
Next stretch your left arm over your right shoulder like you are trying to scratch the middle of your back. Then repeat this with your right are over your left shoulder. Now fold your fingers from both hands together behind you. Stretch your arms out as far as you can. This will help to stretch your shoulders and loosen your arms.
