Here are some things you can avoid by improving your golfing via stretching techniques:

1. Muscle pain. Failing to stretch before a round of golfing can cause a wide range of muscle aches the next morning. In particular, lower back aches are quite common among golfers. On a cold day, you need to warm up a car engine before driving. Before baking bread, you should pre-heat the oven first. Likewise, it’s crucial to stretch out your muscles to prevent muscle injuries. While you don’t need to run a lap around the entire course, some light stretching can prepare your muscles for the rigors of golfing.
