As you are preparing for a golf game it is important to stretch the muscles that you will be using to play the game with. First jog or walk for 10 to 15 minutes to get started. Then you should make sure your neck and shoulder muscles are warmed up. You can do this by turning your head to the left side and holding it for a few seconds. Then move it to the right and hold. Move you head down so that your chin is almost on your chest. Now roll your head a full turn to the left and a full turn to the right.
Next stretch your left arm over your right shoulder like you are trying to scratch the middle of your back. Then repeat this with your right are over your left shoulder. Now fold your fingers from both hands together behind you. Stretch your arms out as far as you can. This will help to stretch your shoulders and loosen your arms.
